My Hero

     My Hero
By: Hosanna Johns
“Lend me your ears” He once said through his writings and plays that
billions of people have read and seen. He is a Mozart who wrote words
instead of notes, yet his stories filled the mind of music. My hero is indeed
the marvelous Willia Shakespeare. He is a hero to me because he is the
one who inspired me to write books and kept my hopes in high spirits
while doing so.
I was fascinated with his intellectual self and how he kept with his
dream till’ the very day of his own death even though people tried to pull
him down. He was ahead of his time and that inspired tens of millions of
people to do the same.
Even though he is gone and his extraordinary stories on paper have
now stopped being created, his, that gave people faith, will still
furthermore go on.
William Shakespeare is my inspirational hero and probably millions of
others also.

Constructive critcism VS. Criticism. What is bad and what is good?

Neither is really bad or good. Constructive criticism is the process of offering valid and well-reasoned opinions about the work of others, usually involving both positive and negative comments, in a friendly manner rather than an oppositional one. In collaborative work, this kind of criticism is often a valuable tool in raising and maintaining performance standards. Some people become defensive even when receiving constructive criticism given in a spirit of good will. Constructive criticism is more likely to be accepted if the criticism is focused on the recipient’s work or behavior.
Criticism is not necessarily imply “to find fault”, but the word is often taken to mean the simple expression of an objection against prejudice, or a disapproval. Often criticism involves active disagreement, but it may only mean “taking sides”. It could just be an exploration of the different sides of an issue. Fighting is not necessarily involved.

Criticism is often presented as something unpleasant, but it need not be. It could be friendly criticism, amicably discussed, and some people find great pleasure in criticism (“keeping people sharp”, “providing the critical edge”).
My father informed me of this and soon we went into deep discussion with our thoughts of what is what. He is a very intelligent man and I wish be as so to. May this be the beginning of something remarkable…
